What do you want to do?¶

Get alerted when something goes wrong
Set a threshold or "device went quiet" alert on any reading, and choose who gets texted, emailed or called.

Set up who's on call
Schedule groups send alerts to the right people by day and time, one at a time until someone acknowledges.

Acknowledge an alert
Reply to the text, press 1 on the call, or click Acknowledge in the portal to stop further notifications.

Log in, reset a password, or turn on 2FA
Signing in on the web and the mobile app, recovering your password, and two-factor authentication.

The map of your locations, live HMI screens, device readings, and trend dashboards.
